Matthew Fisk joined Ishii Law Office in 1999 as a foreign law consultant. Mr. Fisk supports the work of the Japanese attorneys in the areas of litigation, M&A, real estate, intellectual property, and general corporate. Mr. Fisk is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LL.M., 1990); Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D., 1988); and Middlebury College (B.A., 1985). He is a member of the State Bar of California. He served as a consultant to the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was an Instructor of Law at the Faculty of Business in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (1996-1997) and has published articles on Cambodian law and international humanitarian law.
